Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Products must be in their original condition. That means unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Items purchased on sale or marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective.
Process for Returns

Initiate a Return: Contact our Customer Support team at info@locusta.store with your order number and reason for return.

Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Shipping the Item: Pack the item securely and include a copy of your receipt and the RAN. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Inspection & Refund: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Process for Exchanges

Initiate an Exchange: Contact Customer Support at info@locusta.store with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the desired replacement item.

Approval: Once your exchange is approved, follow the return instructions provided.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the item. Locusta Garments will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item for the first exchange.

Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the original item, the replacement item will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Provide a photo of the damage and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
International Returns & Exchanges
For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, including duties, taxes, and customs fees. Refunds will be issued for the product amount only, excluding any shipping costs.
